Qualifications

Louella holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Management Accounting, from the Philippines and has recently completed her Juris Doctor/Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Newcastle.

Experience

Prior to pursuing law, Louella built a solid fourteen-year career in the Philippine banking industry, gaining extensive experience in operations, compliance, and administrative support. In Australia, she has worked with Planning Portal Solutions, assisting builders, practitioners and developers in navigating the NSW Planning Portal to process and obtain construction certificates. This role further strengthened her capabilities in administration, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory processes.

Her professional interests include Commercial, Employment, and Migration Law, areas where she aims to apply her combined background in business, banking and legal studies.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Louella enjoys walking, reading online books, listening to music and sharing a cup of tea with friends. Above all, she is driven by her commitment to building a good and secure life for her family.
