Kathleen is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in accounting. She has a strong technical foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Her qualifications underpin a practical, solutions‑focused approach, supporting clear decision‑making and strong governance across complex business environments.
Experience
Kathleen has over 15 years’ experience in the mining industry. She has a strong background in auditing, system controls, and delivering streamlined business solutions. This experience was developed through her work with Deloitte’s Growth Solutions team. Kathleen has detailed knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and ASIC regulations, with a particular focus on financial reporting. She is passionate about promoting women in leadership and supporting women in business. Kathleen is currently part of the team at Ruppert Legal, working with people and helping reunite families.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys spending time with family. She volunteers as a Leader in Training and Unit Helper with local Rangers (Girl Guides Australia). She enjoys being involved in community and charity events. Kathleen also enjoys the occasional camping adventure and is a true crime enthusiast.
